Location's spot on, just a quick stroll to the Duomo. Room’s got a nice cozy vibe, and that shower pressure? Man, it was somethin’ else! Never heard a peep from the street, which was real nice. Only little hiccup was findin’ the place—took a few minutes to get my bearings. Would've loved a bit more help with check-in too.

newly decorated room, superb location, charming restaurants nearby
Finding the entrance was frustrating!!! Cleanliness left much to be desired, with corners showing neglect. The lack of on-site staff after hours made it feel more like a cheap rental than a hotel experience!!!

Great location near all main attractions.
I felt deceived as this is NOT a hotel! It's just a poorly managed floor of a building with barely cleaned rooms. The lack of on-site staff after 9 PM made me uneasy, and the room showed considerable neglect and filth, particularly the bathroom with mold.

The room was pretty stylish with a great layout, and it was super easy to access. However, my experience was marred by some cleanliness issues. I found an insect on my pillow, which was a big turnoff. Would have loved it more if it was cleaner!
